Wine Tours
$95 per hour, (not per person) ** 1-8 guests
- Tour Length: Five-hour minimum.
- Clock starts/ends: Upon pick-up/drop-off from Fredericksburg Area-based hotel or home base accommodations.
- Travel Fee: (Inquire if pick up is outside Fredericksburg Area)
Gratuity for exceptional service is not included (and much appreciated).

Introducing Carol, a native of San Antonio, Texas. After graduating, she relocated to Dallas where she built a career in commercial insurance for several years. Eventually, she ventured into the heart of the Texas Hill Country 25 years ago and made Johnson City her home.
There, Carol embarked on her journey into the world of wine in 2000, serving as a park ranger during her initial years. She expanded her wine knowledge by visiting numerous wine regions globally, which helped her develop an exceptional palate.
With her warm, welcoming demeanor, Carol epitomizes true Texas hospitality. You can look forward to a private tasting experience that wholly embraces the ‘Totally Texas Style’ under her genial guidance.
Barbara – A Culinary and Wine Aficionado
Barbara’s passion for food and wine was nurtured from a young age, growing up in a lively Italian family and surrounded by the rich vineyards of California, where her father tended the grapevines. Wine has always been a part of her life, almost as if it were in her very blood.
California was not just where she was raised, but also where she pursued her education, attending the renowned CIA Greystone. It was here, in the welcoming embrace of Napa Valley, that Barbara began her exciting journey in the wine world. She worked with several boutique wineries while also founding her own private chef business, The Roamin’ Kitchen.
In 2020, Barbara saw new opportunities and made the move to Texas Hill Country, eager to further her career in the wine industry. With her extensive knowledge and deep-seated love for hospitality, Barbara is the perfect host to guide you through the beautiful wine trails of Texas Hill Country.
